OSAL21/09/25: extended monitor input lag on kde plasma (kwin)

just change the kwin environment to use the nvidia card instead of the integrated graphics. do an lspci, adjust, and then boom. one thing that ganjels ur mind is that this will make the compositor always use nvidia card (as intended, i know). should be a workaround for this too.
